Because I am a one person business, I adhere to the following policies to be sensitive to both my time and yours.
Since sessions begin and end on time, you can make the most out of your session by arriving about 5 minutes early so we have time to say hello and discuss your goals for the session without cutting into your hands-on time too much.
The majority of my clients live very scheduled lives, so I find that my taking responsibility for starting and stopping everyone’s sessions on time allows clients to fully relax and not have to worry about making it to their next appointment. If you have somewhere to be and must stop exactly on time, please let me know.
Cancellations or changes:
A minimum of 48 hours advance notice is required for appointment changes or cancellations.
When I hold a time slot for a client, late cancellations or changes can prevent me from being able to give another client that appointment and leaves me with empty work hours. So if changes or cancellations are made with less than 48 hours notice, I charge the full price of the session booked.
Of course, in the event of the occasional true emergency or illness, you will not be charged.
Please note: I hold myself to the same standards regarding cancellations or changes. In the event that I have to cancel or significantly change a session with less than 48 hours notice, you will receive your next full session at no cost. Fortunately, emergencies or illnesses are rare for me.
